Cooler Silencers

The flagship of Enviro Noise Control’s product line, our patented and patent pending Cooler Silencer designs, are the product that gave the company its start. Acquiring experience since 1992 in the design, manufacturing, and installation of cooler silencers, ENC provides our customers with silencers that maximize dynamic insertion loss (i.e., noise reduction) while creating negligible airflow pressure loss for the cooling fan. The end result is a highly effective silencing devise, both in terms of acoustics and airflow. This eliminates the cooler as a source of noise pollution. ENC designs and manufactures custom silencers for both vertical and horizontal coolers. Cooler intake and exhaust silencers are made to perfectly fit the equipment being treated and can be engineered to achieve a range of insertion losses. In addition to essentially eliminating cooler noise, ENC’s patented and patent pending cooler silencer designs can even improve cooler efficiency by creating less turbulence and more airflow into the cooler core and by increasing the distance between the cooler’s exhaust and intake.
